TitleAdministrative Coordinator (Albuquerque, NM) Description

Position Summary:

This person will answer calls that come in, ordering work, manage office supply orders, mail distribution, and be assigned other miscellaneous tasks as needed at the branch. The ideal candidate would is a go getter, self-starter, comfortable working with a computer, and willing to learn.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Answer incoming phone calls.
  • General Filing and Data Entry
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Outlook
  • Accomplishes the required work independently by gathering and organizing required information, exercising judgment to make decisions, and assuring effective communication with operations, project managers and Branch customers.
Position Requirements

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is preferred
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience as an office administrative assistant, construction industry is a plus
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work is a fast-paced construction office environment
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word as well as skilled use of office equipment
  • Other administrative duties as assigned at the Branch.
